Mr Sub- King Street, Waterloo, Canada

I would like to share with you my experience of one of the food places in Canada. The place is called Mr. Sub.http://www.mrsub.ca/. It is franchised everywhere in Canada. (It is the same like Subway http://www.subway.com/). If I would be Canadian, I would by only in Mr. Sub as it is Canadian company. Usually Mr Sub is owned by a man or 2 , they run the place at the same time.

The Mr Sub which is located next to my work place in Waterloo is owned by Italian guy and his wife. When you come there you would see always a line for sandwiches. People bring their friends and tell everybody to go and by in his place. Custopmers come to buy food to Mr Sub on the King Street in Waterloo many times.

What does the owner do?:
- Memorizes the name of his customers
- Remembers what they order, when person comes in asks if today will his favorite sandwich
- Asks his customers what kind of sandwiches they prefer the best
- Gives for families – buyers cookies for kids for free ( for permenant customers)
- Always smiles to the customers and jokes around them
- Etc.

When you come to his Mr Sub place people always leave with smile on their face and better mood.
